Aachen and is now mainly developed at the University of Siegen.

It is made available as Open Source under the terms of the
[ISC license](https://opensource.org/licenses/ISC) reproduced below.

Note that the included libraries contain parts which are licensed
differently. Please see the respective subdirectories (polynomials,
treelm and treelm/aotus) for details on the respective licenses.

Main author of the original application code is Jens Zudrop.
