Auxiliary template for evaluating the dh_df part in recompute_all_Jacobians().

The extra complexity of adding this auxiliary template with specializations is required to avoid the compiler trying to evaluate the jacobians dh_df in relative SLAM problems, where the Jacobian does not exist.
