This interface is implemented by any object that is to receive notification of the registration or removal of an HistoricalEvent.

Class Summary

HistoricalEvent	This class represents a time based event that has occuried in the simulation.
HistoricalEventManager	This class provides a manager that maintains a model of the events that have occured during the current simulation run.
