Here are the classes, structs, unions and interfaces with brief descriptions:

ASpellDict	Kspell_aspelldict.h
KSpell2::BackgroundChecker	BackgroundChecker is used to perform spell checking without blocking the application
KSpell2::Broker	Class used to deal with dictionaries
KSpell2::Client	The fact that this class inherits from QObject makes me hugely unhappy
KSpell2::Dictionary	Class is returned by from Broker
KSpell2::Filter	Filter is used to split text into words which will be spell checked
HSpellDict	Kspell_hspelldict.h
KSpell2::Word	Structure abstracts the word and its position in the parent text
